CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CARDIO TRAINING

A combination of cardio endurance work with athletic training to raise the heart rate with combinations of resistance training.

STRENGTH TRAINING

A stimulating way to activate those muscles to tone and sculpt the body through the use of body weight, dumbbells, kettle bells and other various pieces of resistance.

HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING

Intervals of high energy cardio and strength moves with short bouts of rest to give your metabolism a boost! Focuses on building muscle and maximizing your calorie burn.

BARRE AND CORE

Focuses on improving core strength, developing and stabilizing  the muscles of the body, and enhancing flexibility. Consists of  isometric exercises and small movements within a range of motion.

PILATES

A series of non-impact movements designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and help improve posture, coordination & balance.
